Our service providers impose a 2.5% service fee on ticket sales, and I want to emphasise that this fee does not contribute to U Teach Mi Ltd but is directed to the service provider to cover their operational costs.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Unfortunately, no. The pricing structure is fixed based on the block booking, and it remains the same regardless of when a customer joins. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and consistency for all participants. The pricing is determined by the overall value of the entire block of lessons and the resources allocated for each student. Reducing the price for late joiners would not be fair to those who committed from the start, and it would disrupt the planned curriculum.
For any missed lessons from our instructors or due to unforeseen circumstances such as the school being closed. We will then issue a store credit whereby you will receive a code to use for a discount on your next lesson. A cash refund can only be issued if the Tech Club is booked up or there is a valid reason. Our lessons operate on a block-booking basis, and we do not provide refunds for missed sessions due to illness or missed lessons by attendees. However, we offer students logins to the coding course, enabling them to work from home if they are unable to attend in person.
